Our logistics providers support shipping your order to USA, Canada, Australia, UK, and Europe.

3.Send the photos and order ID to customer service team and tell them about your problems and the resolution you prefer. Return? Refund? Exchange? Resend？
4.Customer service team will send you the address of Flycurvy's international center, please send do not send the package back to where it came from, or it would delay your refund procedure
5.Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
6.Notify us the tracking number after you have returned the item(s).
7.All the exchange or refund will be processed within 2 working days once we have received the item(s). The refund time depends on the payment method:
(1) PayPal refunds may take up to 3-5 working days.
(2) Credit card refunds will take around 7-14 working days. The specific time depends on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
